Lost Code for Intellisense c023-203

Hi,

I know this sounds like a dodgy question, but I have the above alarm in my house. I've never used it. This weekend we had a power cut and the alarm was going off all night long. I couldn't remember the code. Any idea how to reset the code? or just turn the damn thing off. I'm somewhat lost as it's been there since prior me moving in (2007).

Thanks mate. So I'm thick and have no idea about alarms. I need to "default the panel"? Whats that mean? Any idea on where I'd begin to look for engineers?

Yep I googled, but most won't call out unless you have a service agreement. The alarm is giong off right now...
