hi all, ive accidently deleted a message from outlook express ( also deleted all deleted items too ) is there anyway i can retreive it or is it gone forever

It can be retrived I read about it last week. You have to change or currupt an old file I think it was, if I can find the HOW I will post a link.

Not sure if that will work with express. There are plenty of commercial tools which will recover this type of data. I suppose it depends on it's importance.
Have a look at this or this. The trial versions don't let you save the recovered data, but it will give you an opportunity to see if a recovery is possible.

If the person who sent you the mail was not using a browser-based mail interface (webmail) then the chances are that they will have a copy of the mail in their "Sent Items" folder.
Ask them to re-send the mail. It's cheaper than forking out for software to recover data, 'cos they typically don't manage it!
