Loud Noise when shower is in use

We have a 1 year old home and recently when the shower is used there is a noise that sounds like a fog horn or loud humming. If we change the temp it will stop, but then restarts again. It is not a constant noise, but does happen throughout the use of the shower. We did put on a new shower head about 2 weeks ago and this only started last week. We turned the water off and let the air out to eliminate that, but it is still doing it. The water stream coming out of the shower head would vibrate and then the loud horn like noise would come. I am wondering what this is and how do we fix it?
