I have lost count of the number of times a customer has sworn blind there are no more outlets in the house, then I find one.
And once or twice, the customer has been cross with me...
Customer, you called me here because your power is off.
I'm trying to get your power on.
Telling me where your outlets are will help me do that.
Getting annoyed because I asked you to double check if there were any more hidden outlets and then finding them is not helping either of us.
I never understood that...
Must be some twisted human psychology in play there.
