Low Profile Lintel Problem

Hi.

I am in the planning stages for a sun lounge extension 4m x 3m. The front wall will consist of a 1500mm french door with a 700mm window over a dwarf wall on either side (2.9m total). Above the door/windows there is 1 brick course and then a 75mm wall plate (I am limited by the roof pitch). The walls are 100/75/100mm cavity walls and the roof is tiled with concrete tiles.

I need to locate a cavity wall lintel that will allow a 3.2m span but with a height of only 150mm.

Any suggestions would be gratefully received.
