Low voltage lamps in downlighters

Hi, please help. i'm looking into getting some new 12v lamps to replace the ones that are blown in the light fitting. I'm now confused with all the different models types out on the market.

I want to get the type that actually throw the heat forward and not back into the fitting itself. Please could somebody pin point me in the right direction with possible model numbers and makes.

12v is classed as ELV
First thoughts are you might be looking for Aluminised MR16 like the Sylvania Coolfit:

Can you confirm the fitting is MR16 ? How far apart are the pins of the lamps?
