I had main bonds out for Zs, and also I tested it with the soft facility, am i right in assuming a calculation of Zs is best for the reading to be recorded on EIC ? or is there other precautions i shld take into acount before accepting the result?

Main bonds should not be disconnected for Zs tests !
In my experience 'no trip' loop test results are not as accurate as 'high' loop tests.

There could be still parallel paths due to boilers etc via FCUs on the circuit.

There is nothing wrong with calculating Zs by adding R1+R2 to Ze.

On that note what was the Ze you measured ?

You have to be very careful!
r1 and r2 mean something different to R1 and R2!
r1 is the end to end resistance of the phase conductor
r2 is the end to end resistance of the CPC
(r1+r2)/4 = R1+R2 if all sockets are on the ring. Spurs will be slightly higher.
