Hi all,
I'm thinking of lowering my kitchen ceiling in a box section,
I intend to lower it the full length of the room and about 24'' in from the
sides of the room and the depth is going to be about 18''.
I've lower full ceilings before by battening around the walls and putting 6x4 joists across but not tried lowering in a box section.
