This beasty tries to heat the water when it's draining - to the point of boiling it. Which happens very quickly when there's only a little water left in the sump. Lots of splatting and spitting, then error code 1: faulty NTC.

I've swapped out the NTC - but it's still doing it.

Any ideas?

(The water seems normal and warm while it's running)

(The heater was replaced a couple of months ago, and the circulation pump was replaced about a year ago.)
