Lumix camera software

I have a lumix camera and what i am trying to do is swap the photo's from one SD card to another.
Problem is i have put them on the computer and am now trying to put them back on another card. I appear to be following the instructions by exporting from computer to cameras but the message is (the media is write protected)

Barry,
Some cameras do not have the facility to write files to SD cards other than when the picture is taken.
If you have a card reader try copying from the PC to the SD card in the reader and then see if the camera will recognise it.

Does the card have a small switch on the side for write protect?
