LVT vs Tiles

So is it that the feet will sink in over time. The LVT is harder than that isn’t it ?
I'm no expert, I've just seen it on the packaging/instructions for LVT. It might be that click LVT is a floating product and heavy appliances could pin it down preventing expansion.

I see I get your thinking but the same worry does not seem to apply with laminate or like my engineered oak floor with a big sofa on it.
Or is the LTV subject to a lot more expansion?

If this is going in a kitchen think about heavy appliances like washing machines and fridge freezers which may cause problems with click LVT.
I’m going to avoid the click LVT.

Tiler is coming round today.

I’ll see what he says about tiles and if that’s a no go, I’ll get glue down.
