Lynx2 Low system pressure

Lynx 2 central heating system about 10 years old (i'm assuming, only had house 2 years) and the Low System Pressure light keeps coming on after the heating goes off. It now takes up to an hour for the heating / hot water to come on and is taking less time after the heating goes off for the light to come on.

Any suggestions on how to fix this

What is the system pressure? (I think the gauge is underneath the boiler to the right?). If it's below 1.0 bar, you need to top up the pressure via the filling loop. Do a search if you need to know what and where that is.
