I have recently changed the safety relief valve on my Puma 80 as the boiler was losing pressure once the heating went off. This has not stopped the problem. I set the system pressure to 1.5 bar and turned on the central heating, the pressure rose to 3 bar when system was hot, hot water still worked ok. Once the heating goes off the sytem pressure drops off and the low pressure light comes on and prevent the boiler from working. Topping up the boiler with pressure allows it to start again, please can anyone explain why this is happening?
