What is the prefereed method of securing 6x2" beams to the 4" posts.
An M12x180 coach bolt or 6x100MM screw of some sort from screwfix/toolstation.
Either way can you tell me how may you would use.
I also read a thread where the post is notched out so that the beam has smething physical to sit on ............ This seem a bit dificult so I would refer not to do it.
