hi a few weeks ago i got locked out my house it turned out the hook part at the top of my double glazed door had broken, does any one know if i can get spares and if i need a model number,

You need a few measurements really to be sure of getting the right one, take a look here to see what you'll need, first off you need to look how many hooks, cams (little circular things with a hole for allen keys in the centre) and mushrooms (same as cams but look like inverted tophats) you have then look at the relevent mechanism
