magnaclean fittings rotatable for fitting in tight space

Hi All

I would like to fit a magnaclean but i'm very limited on space with a combi in a fitted in the kitchen cupboard above the worktop and panels covering the pipes.

The install manual shows the connections to be fixed to connect inline vertically with the return pipe but does anyone know if they can be rotated 90 degrees as i have seen in some images but perhaps an older model, my thinking is if this is the case i can fit elbows to the return pipe and have connections protrude horizontally out of the panel hiding the pipes.

You can connect it to horizontal pipes as long as the filter in on a vertical position.

Thanks for the quick response the images made it look like a solid unit holding the valves in place vertically.
