I have had a new water pump fitted and a new c/board fitted, also a new primary heat exchanger, and a air switch also a change over valve , in the last 4 months under warranty, but it seems to be low hot water pressure, the mains is fine ie the cold, any idea what it should be and how i can check it , any ideas thanks

on cold inlet there is a filter just behind the nut that faces you

Always new there was a legitimate reason not to fit Main/Baxi/Potterton

too be fair the warranty people at main spares have been excellent, no postage cost no quibble over sending parts, the best customer care i have ever come across, the guy in the the parts is so spot on with his numbers, any way i will check the filter gauzes again.,thanks

sorry but i have to stand up for main 24 he as we have fitted lots ,good value for money ,does what it needs to do and service parts readlly available, backup excellent. theres more to this op thread, under warranty why didnt heateam fix it ?, sounds odd to have to replace so many major items on a new boiler.

hi , because i have, replaced these parts to try and solve this issue, the parts that were replaced are good as spares for me later, to be honest , i dont think there was anything wrong with the parts i replaced, still a hot water delivery pressure issue, what would be a good result doing the (how many lpm in a jug from the hot tap ) cheers

ps, the boiler is over 3 years old. this all started about 6 months ago

D.H.W. Filters (Fig. 48)
17. If the flow of domestic hot water is diminished, it
may be necessary to clean the filters.
18. Initially check the cold water inlet tap filter.
19. Turn the tap off. Undo the blanking cap and
remove the threaded bush (Fig. 47).
20. Extract the filter and rinse thoroughly in clean
water. Reassemble and check the flow. If required
clean the manifold filter as described below.
21. Undo the filter cartridge from the inlet/return
manifold.
22. Dismantle the cartridge and carefully remove the
flow regulator and filter gauze. Rinse them thoroughly
in clean water and reassemble in reverse order.
23. Check that the pressure vessel charge is 0.5bar,
