Hi,

My landlord (who's also my mate!) didn't get round to installing a replacement programmable room thermostat to the boiler. So at the moment there's no timer or external thermostat on the Worcester Greenstar 30CDi (the installed thermostat broke)
I have a replacement Drayton Digistat +2 RF unit.

All looks straight forward with the install, but I have a couple of questions.

It look like I get the mains feed for the controller direct from the boiler, but I also need a return wire from the controller relay to turn the boiler on and off. Is there such a thing as 3 wire + earth mains cable.

+ does the cable if it exists need to be high temp resistant?

Is it going to be cheaper to get 2 * twin and earths and tie wrap them together?

Thanks in advance- Phil
