mains pump query

Low mains pressure in new build especially at far end of house in en suite meant that the plumber put in a mains pump to boost the pressure and located it near the hot water cylinder. The plumber as we have just found out plumbed an aqualisa aquastream power shower to the mains pump and as a result of his sillyness the seals inside the shower blew causing it to leak.

The aqualisa engineer replaced the seals but told us it would blow again unless a tank fed or dedicated gravity hot and cold supply was piped to the shower. As the pipes from the pump are buried in the screed along the ground floor and then go up a tiled solid wall to the shower unit i cannot therefore tee into these pipes to divert them to the cold water storage tank for the cold and hot water cylinder for the hot. How do i bypass the pump. Is the pump supplied by the low pressure incoming mains or is it more likely to be supplied by the cold water storage tank.

The pump is also noisy even when no water is being used. sorry i dont know the make of this pump.
