Maintained Lights for Rugby Club

Hi
I’m looking at some better options for our rugby club in respect of the maintained emergency lights.

Not being involved too much in the commercial side I’m wondering if there is something out there that is compliant that doesn’t look like wart and is so bright that it spoils the lighting effect, especially when there is a function and the lighting is lowered.
