Apologies if my question is covered on an old post or sticky.. I have looked but not found.
Just moved in to a house with this alarm, seller has not been particularly generous with keys, paperwork or admin in general. Thankfully I do have the alarm code for an Accenta 6, with 3 PIR zones, 2 contact zones and 2 controllers. All ok so far, found The user manual online, I have changed the main code, and assigned a user code. However with mains rewiring and plenty of redecorating going on, it would be useful to reroute some wiring, and possibly rewire the external sounder, which is above the front door on the end of a rather visible and reachable cable.
It would be really handy to enable maintenance mode, to do some of
this stuff without trigger, tamper or short-circuit issues. No idea of engineer code, and no indication of installer or servicer. I have tried 9999. Should it be possible to SET the engineer code? or would this need a factory default first?
