I'm mid tender of a maintenance contract where the customer wants detail of what is included on a general maintenance visit for large 500kw boilers and 50kw warm air heaters.
I have a small company who will be providing this part of the service but as he's on honeymoon I can't get the info from him (I have had his price though!!)
Are there any std forms of what a maintenance service would/should include so I can attach it to my quote?
