Make my central creating smart (UFH & Radiators)

Any replies, please ELI5 as a newbie to central heating

I've bought a new house which has underfloor heating downstairs and conventional heating upstairs with radiators

All working off a gas boiler, I can see a heatmiser uh4 installed which I believe is controlling the zones (3 UFH zones and 1 Upstairs)

I have a heatmiser slimline RF thermostat which controls the radiators upstairs and is wireless

There are then 3 wired thermostats downstairs for the zones (unsure of the models)

What I want now is to have smart capabilities to be able to control the heating from my phone, or as a bonus my home assistant software.

Where do I start for this?

I have much simpler system and went for Wiser. Don't think it would work for you.
I spoke to Tado online and their support/advice was very good. It may be suitable for you
