Making a built in cupboard

In our loft extension we have a w1.2m x d1.0m recess that we want to put doors on and make in to a cupboard.

It’s currently bare plaster and 2.5m floor to ceiling. What’s the best way to put doors on and make it a cupboard, should I run battens down the sides to fix the doors to or just fix to the wall (timber frame)? Is there anywhere to get doors that tall?

You will need a plinth to base and frame across top so doors will be around 2.3m
