Making gsm as my primary communication method.

Hi there i ve had my powermax complete installed with the gsm 350 module because i didn't have any line in my new house.
The person who fixed my alarm he arranged my alarm to send me sms in my phone. I realised that other people with the same setup they receive phone calls from their panel.
I told this to him and he insisted that this is impossible with my system and that i need a landline to be able to have this feature.
I don't know why but i don't beleive him.
I tried to enable voice report with my user pass but it gives a tel line error.
Can somebody give me if its possible instructions about how to do it.
I ve check very carefully the installers manual since i have the installers code but i am more confused than before and i don't want to mess my system.
Can i make my gsm line primary line for my system to work?

Did you just throw a dart and get the bloke in nearest to the bully?


Anyway menu 4.5.20 will assist.
