man dies putting up Union flag on lampost

Why do people think the native population have started putting flags everywhere? They weren't doing it a couple of years ago, what's changed?

Just a sudden random outpouring of national pride? Of course not, it's a backlash against a government that appears to hate the population.

Starmer calling half the population "Far right racist thugs" was probably the start of it.

Maybe the flags are about reminding the trecherous politicians whose country it is, and that we should be handing it on to future generations of indigenous Brits better than how we found it. Certainly no worse. Not scupper it and subjugate it's population in the name of political expediency, spite, greed or any other of their sinister motives. The flags are a figurative line in the sand which our scumbag 'leaders' have crossed.

People feel oppressed, and democracy hasn't been working.

Every winner of every general election since 2010 has promised to reduce immigration. They haven't.

There's been a dip recently, but it may just be the end/reversal of the Boris-Wave, it's too soon to tell. But the most harmful immigration of illegal undesirables definitely hasn't reduced, and they're reducing the queues in hotels by letting them stay.

People are desperate.

Near me, there is a place called Brownhills.
Awash with flags.
Not just on lampposts, but unbroken curtains of the things on fences and railings.

Brownhills is a very undiverse town.
It is a dump.
And has been since as long as I can recall, which is the seventies.

Councils up and down the country cannot use ladders under health and safety.
We have to use cherry pickers because of the height that most lights are at, you couldnt go up 10-14 metres on a pair of ladders. We are allowed to use ladders and we carry them on our vans as down footpaths and on some parks etc we cannot physically fit our cherry pickers. All ladder work is manditory that we have two men, one on the ladder at the top and the second man foots the ladder.

Amusing that it never happened whilst the Tories were in power.

But let's not think that far back. Or think any deeper.
