The BCO would have needed to visit your home during stages of your extension....... and they would have probably needed to see the information on the drain as part of the information pack from the builders, architects etc
Ah okay thought it was that. They have visited at every stage so far and we can get it signed off once aco drain around property sorted. The other option we have is having the aco drains and then patio can be level with DPC i believe but not overkeen on that idea
