manrose 15927 - how to set timer

I am trying to set the Timer on a Manrose 15927 Fan fitted in my toliet.

Currently, the Fan switches on when I switch the light on and off as soon as the Light is switched off.

I have taken the cover off and can see the Timer Cover. When I try to aletr the setting it makes no difference.

Am I doing something wrong or have I missed something?

Is it connected?

Do you have three wires - likely red,yellow,blue or brown,black,grey (plus earth which may not be connected)?

For the benefit of the OP or anyone else looking at this in the future, a lot of fan instructions say that you should isolate before adjusting the timer: whether this makes any difference in the OP's case I'm not sure.
