I've just moved into a rented property which has a Manrose EAV450 fan in the bathroom.
Its on anytime the light is on and there is no control inside to switch it to manual, though it does look as though they are manufactured to offer this option.
Is there a conversion kit I can get hold of?

You need your landlord's permission to change it.

The fan is there to reduce condensation and thus reduce the amount of repair work caused by dampness.

If there is no opening window in the room then there is a Building Regulation that the fan must operate when the light is on and continue to operate for a period of time after the light is turned off.

Its got ''Oracstar'' on the front of it if thats any help to anyone.

There is an opening window which is more than adequate.

I have emailed manrose with the question so I guess I'll wait and see.
