This is for the 30100,which is pretty similar,couldnt see the Isar HE,but then i only had a quick look.

as said it is just a rebadged Isar/Icos, Combi/heat only.
what part don't you understand?
1. they are crap
2. the pcb is likely to fail
3. the manufacturer will blame everyone else to get out of warranty.
