marbo rcs`s mcb`s etc ?????

i have a marbo consumer unit installed in my property and we are in the process of moving the kitchen and associated wiring but my electrician and i are having trouble locating a marbo mcbo or an rcd also an mcb its as if these never exsisted nobody sells them we bought the original from screwfix who have since stopped selling marbo and now do wylex, volex, mk etc

anybody know where we can get marbo parts from or of another brand that will fit ok as i dont want to have to fork out again for another consumer unit.

Be careful though, electrium (wylex, volex, crabtree, neweys etc) have just changed the design of their circuit breakers. The new ones don't seem to fit on the old style busbars.
