Forget marine, get parachute regiment ply, can withstand being dropped from great heights.
Seriously though, I'd never heard of rubber faced ply, what do you need it for?
Have a word with your nearest Silverman Panels, they keep some of the Bruyzneel boards such as one with rubber strips set into the surface and can get others in the range.
