I have recently purchased a 1970`s semi, in the kitchen there appears to be marley floor tiles under the carpet and I want to tile the floor, in the past in my ignorance (12 years ago) I happily scrapped up Marley tiles and bagged them up then screeded the floor. I have recently become aware that they contain a small amount of asbestos, my question is how dangerous are these tiles and how would you go about the job ?.
Thanks for your replies

Do exactly as you did before. Unless you are breathing in dust by grinding them off (which you aren't) then there is no problem with just scrapping them up.
