Hi everyone.
I have an issue with the reporting codes of this panel. It send them twice and occasionally more times. I have been reading the manual and there’s a section called “Swinger Limit” (section #00040201) where you can limit the reporting codes by zone.
My question is; does this work for all the other reporting codes? Cause I don’t get doubled just the zone’s reports, it’s doubling all (closings and openings etc).
It’s essential to have the closing and opening reports cause is a commercial building, but, I don’t want the owner claiming for a expensive telephone bill. So…
Does it exist another solution to this problem? Or can it be a physical problem? With the main board? Maybe the phone lines?
