Mazda 626 Automatic Window Repair

Hello,
I am currently trying to remove the automatic window motor from the drivers side door to replace it with a second hand one. The motor packed up and I took the car to the garage, who closed the window up and disconnected the motor. I bought a second hand one from e-bay for £5.00 and it works but I can't get the old one out. I've removed all the interior door panel but how do you drop the window down to get at the two securing nuts holding the glass onto the ledge?
It doesn't tell or show you in the Haynes Manual I've looked at, I'm at a loss!

You will need an assistant to hold the window while you unbolt the winding mechanism and have it all lowered down until you can get to the two you have mentioned.

Thanks for that, it took two of us to do it though, especially as the motor wasn't working so couldn't lower the mechanism low enough!
