Hi , I have sliding electric doors on my 2004 Toyota alphard 1st gen . One side failed as the wire mechanism broke . The repair comes as a complete part with a wheel connected to the motor ( remained in place as was working fine ) wires then reattach on which the sliding door runs. No electrics were unplugged or disturbed. The door now manually opens and closes but won't fully lock shut ( it has a " cinch motor" which completed the pull in and full closure of the door which is separate from the main motor which opens an closes the whole door ).
After the repair all electrics never returned and the cinch motor which was working before the repair is also not pulling the door fully shut ( it's just getting worryingly hot ). I've tried battery disconnect to try and reset , fuses all look fine , triple checked wires all in correct positions. It appears the " cinch actuator " motor which pulls the door. In upon closure is now broken and this may be causing the system to completely do nothing ? I'm at a loss. The other door works fine still . Any help appreciated it's getting frustrating , thanks

To clarify I meant the main motor was working fine I just attached the new wheel and wire mechanism
