Hi all,
Something strange seems to be happening to my Mazda 626 (N reg).
The central locking seems to work fine when locked up and all the doors are locked, but if I press the boot release the boot unlocks itself.
This is very worrying as I could be parked somewhere thinking its locked when all people have to do is press the boot release and it opens.
The boot lock is in the correct position (allowing it to be controlled by the door locks) so I dont understand what is wrong with this. Can anyone shed some light on this?
It may also help to know that the drivers door lock has completely siezed and we are using the passenger lock.
