Start by swapping with another. The brass prongs and clips should not get loose, but you never know. If you turn off the power and remove the shield you can see if they are damaged e.g. by arcing.
With the power off check tightness of the terminations of both phase and neutral for that circuit as a loose connection could cause a buzzing under load.
What is the trip current of the MCB (it may be something like B32)
Also, what else is on that circuit as well as kettle etc? I've seen this on a lighting circuit,close to its current limit, with the MCB buzzing in sympathy with the dimmer.
