I'd rather not have to online order + p/p from up North

Does anyone know of any of the 'main name' suppliers that will sell them over the counter.
Would like both the plastic type (per 2nd photo) and the key ring / toggle variety (which can be used for various sized switches)

I have in the past bought multi person lock offs like the ones in you top picture from Arco.
