Try turning everyting off or unplugging it. (appliances)
Otherwise you have yourself a short between Neutral and Live or Live and Earth.
Anyways, likelyhood is something is pretty seriously wrong, try taking the covers off all the accessories/luminaires and see if you see anything obvious. Isolate everything before you do this!
