MDF door to boiler cupboard - vent needed?

Hi we have a condensing bioler and water cylinder in a cupboard. We have put a new MDF door on. Does this require vent cutting in it 9there is about 10mm gap at bottom of the door).

look in manufactures instructions for boiler to see if compartmental ventilation is required. usually with condensing boilers its no, but please check to be sure.
