mdf skirting board

Hello,

I'd like to paint black a white mdf skirting board.

Does it need sanding and priming?

If the wood is aready painted then you dont need to prime. A sand down, undercoat then gloss.

I sanded & re primed all mine & the dado rail. Priming is so easy.
