Mechanical fixing for D&D MR Plasterboard

Hi

I am fixing some MR plasterboard to a masonry wall that I have taken back to the brick. I'm going to dot and dab this but wanted to know what additional mechanical fixings I should be using. I will be tanking the board and tiling on top of it so there'll be a fair bit of weight (though they're only standard tiles - 25 x 30cm ceramic).
