Hello, my Question is.... is it compulsory to have electrical ventilators in a bathroom for building regs. For a new bathroom in an extension. Or can a window suffice?

Your BCO should be able to tell you but as far as I remember then if it's an actual bathroom with bath/shower then you need an extractor to get rid of steam/damp, if it's just a WC then just a window's fine
