Hi,

I have a mega flo 310 CL and the F and E vessel needs topping up every day, its been like this for months. The only reason I can think of is that there is a leak somewhere in the heating system but I have checked and there is no leak obvious anywhere, alternatively could the thermostat be too high and water boiling off?

Any other suggestions to the cause of this problem would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Sean

I feel you are getting a bit confused with what you have.

The megaflo does not have a seperate expansion vessel.

What you are describing has nothing to do with the megaflo, just your heating circuit which is pressurised. I assume you have a red expansion vessel somewhere?

Firstly the obvious is to check for leaks,

Secondly check that the prv is not letting by and dripping constantly,

Thirdly read FAQ's on how to check an expansion vessel.
