Megaflo Drain Cock dripping

Hi,

On Friday i noticed a damp stain on my floor below my megaflo. It appears that the drain cock has been leaking about 1 drip per second.
Thought I'd wait until after the bank holiday to arrange a plumber.
I've got a couple of questions though.
Is this a job for someone with an unvented ticket or can I call a plumber without this.
Also is this an unusual thing to happen. The megaflo is only 4 years old.
