I have an unvented hot water system with a Megaflo tank. The period between air gap recharges has been getting progressively shorter and it's obvious that something is wrong but I'd like to have an idea what it is before getting someone in to fix it. I've put a post about this before and was recommended to contact the Heatrae technical support but all they came back with was to make sure I was draining the tank properly. It doesn't make any difference how the tank is drained, the air gap is disappearing!! I can't fathom out what the problem can be. There's no apparent leak in the system.
