Hi

My Megaflo dd210 has stopped working and the the reset button on the top switch wont depress.

Have called and engineer cant come today

I looked at the bottom switch which had a reset btton which I pushed in, and the boiler started making boiler noises again.

After a few minutes I noticed an electrical smell quite strong so I have now turned it off at the plug.

Is that normal? Should I just wait for the engineer?

Thanks

Julia

It does sound like you need someone to look at it.
If you can smell burning then keep it all turned off and wait for the engineer.
With a bit of luck it won't be a too expensive repair.

Dont forget that the megaflows have a 2 year warranty...

I discovered this after spending many hundreds on engineers.
