Megaflow HE or Tribune HE

Which would you install Megaflow (remember "bubbletop") or Tribune with expansion vessel? I was thinking of the Range because of problem bubbletop depresuring??

Agree, and Megaflo's are overpriced (and part of Baxi) -another good reason to avoid

How about the Vaillant Unistor

Santon Premier Plus - Best value. Heatrae products are still as good as ever, just because Baxi now own them doesn't mean they are the same as the gas boilers.

I have contacts in the factory, just up the road from me, and unfortunately the quality and support are getting more and more like Baxi

Thanks for the comments, thought the Range Tribune HE Plumbed would do a nice job. Separate vessels for expansion DHW and CH, away from the heat store so better for the rubber membrane!
Also, the whole plumbed unit would save time and look tidy.

Would have to reluctantly agree on this one. Although I'm lucky enough to have a priority number that bypasses normal communications and guarantees contact with Vaillant trained personnel. I always insist on my local Vaillant agent attending any call outs rather than risking Glow Worm engineers! To date though I have not had to have any breakdown calls on the Ecotec Plus range or Unistor and fitted loads
