megaflow immersion cost?

just been to a megaflow direct with 2 elements, bottom one only wired up and it has died.
looked up a replacement only one i can find is 95606961 price £76 at parts center (just need a price to give customer) does this sound right? (and yes i know i need the special spanner as well, found that no problem)

I trust that you wired up th upper element on your visit so that they get some hot water?

I also hope that you made sure that the overheat trip had not operated ???

I would also advise that you change them over if the upper one is not being used so that the customer does not have to pay for any new element.
